Elemental Pizza has guests from all over – neighborhood regulars, University Village shoppers, UW visitors and student friends and family… That’s a lot of different tastes to serve! We’ve got plenty of options for vegetarians, as featured last month on the blog. Our menu has classics and simple wood-fired pizza options to appeal even to our guests with selective taste (or self-proclaimed ‘picky eaters’).
Simple, savory, and delicious – sometimes a good old Pepperoni pizza hits the spot. We craft ours with nitrate-free Zoe’s pepperoni, so the quality is top-notch. The Elemental Pizza staff love our version of a wood-fired pepperoni so much that it’s made the ‘Staff Favorites’ list!
With a combination that’s been a popular pizza recipe for decades, the Margherita is sure to charm even super selective tastes. Fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomato sauce top this unpretentious pizza for Caprèse tastiness.
Looking to try something a little more edgy, but just as good? Our Prosciutto & Arugula pizza has a simple garlic oil base, topped with mozzarella, Zoe’s prosciutto (thin cured ham), arugula and parmesan. It has a wonderful balanced flavor with a taste pretty much anybody would savor.
And if none of the above got your mouth watering, nothing beats the cheesy goodness of a Quattro Formaggi, with fontal, parmesan, pecorino and fresh mozzarella on top of a rich tomato sauce base.
Visit our location in University Village to try all of the above (and many other notable) wood-fired pizzas. Coming soon, in September 2015, we will be opening a second Elemental Pizza location in Tacoma – stay tuned for more details!
